Lance graduated from the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore City. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from Eckerd College in 2008 and then earned his J.D. from the prestigious University of Maryland School of Law, Maryland’s top law school. He was admitted to the bars of Maryland and Virginia and is also licensed in Washington, D.C., enabling him to represent individuals across the tristate region.
After honing his skills at two firms over the last decade, Lance founded Garner Legal with a single goal: to give injured clients the personal attention and tailored strategy they deserve—something big-box firms often can’t deliver.
